Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and weight of your order.
    • Standard Shipping (Within Morocco): Orders typically arrive in 5-7 business days.
    • Express Shipping (Within Morocco): Orders typically arrive in 2-3 business days.
  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times for international orders will vary based on the destination.
    • International Shipping: May take anywhere from 7-14 business days, depending on customs and the destination country.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
  • For international shipments, customs fees or duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items:

  • If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We will investigate and assist you in resolving the issue.
  • BleuNim is not responsible for orders once they are delivered to the provided address.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • We accept returns within 14 days of receipt if the item is unused and in its original condition.
  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out to us within 7 days for a full refund or exchange.
